Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Clothesi account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to the website, the Android app and loyalty profiles created for you in our store.

1. How to ask

Contact us in any of these ways:

  • Email faizanayub16@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Clothesi account".
  • WhatsApp +91 95967 72357.
  • In person at our store: Ground Floor, DB Tower, Main Road Bemina, Srinagar.

Tell us your name and the phone number or email address on your account. To protect you, please write from that email address or phone number. If you can't, we may ask you to confirm it is your account before we delete anything.

If you only shop in the store and never created an online account, you can still ask us to delete your loyalty profile in the same way.

2. What we delete

  • Your sign-in account, so you can no longer sign in with it.
  • Your name, email address and phone number from our records, including from your past bills.
  • Your cashback balance and claim code. Any unused cashback is lost and can't be restored.
  • Your referral code, and your name from your own and other people's referral records.

3. What we keep

We keep the record that each sale happened (items, sizes, prices, discounts, date and payment type) because we need it for our accounts and tax records. Once your account is deleted, these records no longer show your name or contact details and can't be linked back to you.

Messages you have sent us on WhatsApp are kept by WhatsApp, not by us. You can delete them in WhatsApp.

4. How long it takes

We will delete your data within 30 days of your request and let you know when it is done. Deleting an account can't be undone. If you shop with us again later, you will start with a new account.

5. Deleting some of your data

If you want to keep your account but correct or remove particular information, contact us the same way and tell us what you'd like changed.

6. Staff accounts

If you worked at Clothesi and want your staff account deleted, contact us the same way. We will remove your access and your sign-in account. Bills you created stay in our sales records, but without your name.
